The CSC Group offers a range of gambling and entertainment experiences, maximising our patrons’ enjoyment of our Clubs and facilities. The CSC Group’s purpose is to provide an industry best practice responsible gambling environment by not only understanding gambling is a popular recreational pastime, but also a risk-taking activity; and that the overarching responsibility is to minimise harm to individuals and the wider community. We achieve this by having a variety of harm minimisation initiatives.
One of those harm minimisation initiatives is our SmartPlay program, where we provide a variety of steps in place to help people play smarter across our venues. This is also reinforced across the CSC Group with a well-trained team of individuals that you can engage in confidential discussion with about participating in responsible gambling activities. Smart Play
In addition to that all of our team that have exposure to any gambling activity in our venues must undertake Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) training, but also our own internal SmartPlay training. We also have a number of trained Customer Liaison Officers (CLO’s) across all of our venues, who undertake more extensive SmartPlay training to help deliver on our purpose of minimising harm to individuals and the wider community.
The CSC Group partners with Relationships Australia, who offer a wide array of counselling services to any person who is exposed to gambling. This counselling is not limited to assisting with helping you gamble more responsibly, and includes counselling services for everything from substance abuse, through to domestic violence, or even elder abuse.
