CSC Board honour local health heros
The CSC Group’s Board of Directors presented the Caboolture Hospital health heroes with Caboolture Sports Club Club Classics takeaway vouchers as a thank you for their contribution and sacrifices throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
CSC Board Chairman Dave McGuiness and Director Michele Rigger presented the vouchers to Caboolture Hospital Manager of Culture and Engagement Suzanne Michaels for the staff at Caboolture.
“We are grateful to all the health professionals who have continued to provide an exceptional service to our community whilst putting their own health at risk during this pandemic,” commented CSC Board Chairman Dave.
“Providing some sort of relief, in terms of a night off from cooking, is our way of showing support to these amazing teams and individuals.
“We wanted to demonstrate how much we appreciate them being on the frontline and thought it was about time we looked after them for an evening as they have looked after everyone else.
“The family feast takeaway dinner vouchers give them the flexibility to choose from a variety of family dinner packs on a night that suits them.”
Hospital staff at the local Caboolture Hospital have gone above and beyond to prevent further spread of the virus in our community since the first confirmed case in Australia back in January 2020.
During the pandemic, health workers struggled to shop for their basics, with long shifts limiting the time available to shop the bare shelves of the supermarkets.
Suzanne Michaels happily received the takeaway dinner vouchers on behalf of Caboolture Hospital expressing the staff’s appreciation of the kind gesture from the Caboolture Sports Club Board and Management.
