The Sit Down Comedy Club is bringing the laughs back to Caboolture Sports Club with another double header. This time featuring Kat Davidson and Mick Neven.
Seeing Kat on stage is like visiting an old friend you haven’t met yet. She’s shared the stage with the world’s best comics (Stephen K Amos, Steven Wright, Dave Hughes to shamelessly name drop a few), tamed a shed full of drunk miners, kept a 21 year marriage off the rocks and is currently being parented by her eight year old.
Kat brings a fresh and intelligent view to her comedy. She tackles relationships, observations and random events with equal passion and her unique storytelling ability takes her audience along with her for the ride.
One of Australia’s busiest comedians, Mick Neven is just as comfortable on-stage at the biggest comedy clubs and corporate functions in the city, and the smallest venues and sporting clubs in the country.
His material is observant, sharp, and satirical, highlighting the foibles of modern life in a likeable and relatable fashion. It’s intelligent, hilarious, and sometimes political, delivered with high-energy and a never-ending stream of punchlines that continually take his jokes to the next level.
