Centenary Lakes Sports Club and Function Centre has been named as Best Pub, Club or Entertainment Venue in the 2011 Caboolture Shire Herald Business Achiever Awards.
The awards were held on Friday October 28th and the night was also very special for Caboolture Sports Club which was inducted into the Awards Hall of Fame as a Gold Member.
Lakes Venue Manager Kelly Mercer said the win was very exciting as The Lakes had edged out strong competition from a number of popular venues throughout the Caboolture region.
"We are very proud and honoured to receive this award," Ms Mercer said.
"I would sincerely like to thank all of our loyal members and everyone that voted for us, and I would particularly like to thank the Lakes' staff who put in a lot of time and effort to ensure that the Club continues to provide our members with excellent customer and a friendly atmoshpere."
