A New Way to Be Rewarded
Caboolture Sports Club’s Diamond Rewards is our new loyalty program, ensuring members are recognised and rewarded for their support.
How to be Rewarded
Every time you use your membership card at both Caboolture Sports Club and Centenary Lakes Sports Club you will earn both Diamond Rewards Points & Diamond Level Credits.- 2 points/credits for every dollar spent on food & beverage purchases
- 1 point/credit for every $4 turnover on gaming machines
Diamond Rewards Levels
Diamond Rewards offers four levels, each with differing rewards and benefits. By default all members will commence in the Bronze level, and then move through Silver, Gold and our top level, Diamond, based on how many Diamond Level Credits you have earned in the past six months.
Checking Your Balances
Members will be able to check the balance of their Diamond Rewards Points or Diamond Level Credits at any time via the Members Kiosk machine or by asking staff at Member Services or any till throughout the Clubs.
Diamond Rewards Benefits
Depending on which Diamond Rewards level you will enjoy a range of great rewards throughout both Caboolture Sports Club & Centenary Lakes Sports Club.
Earning & Redeeming Points
Diamond Rewards Points are earned every time your card is presented when making a food or beverage purchase, or when you have your card inserted whilst playing the gaming machines.
You can redeem your Diamond Reward Points at any time for cash, showcase items or to pay for meals and drinks, without affecting what level of our Diamond Rewards program your are in.
Members in the Bronze and Silver levels have 12 months to redeem their Diamond Rewards Points. Whenever you redeem your Diamond Rewards Points, the oldest points will be automatically deducted first, leaving your newest points.
Members in the Gold & Diamond categories enjoy non-expiration of their Diamond Rewards Points whilst they remain in either of these levels.
Diamond Level Credits
Diamond Level Credits are earned at the same rate as Diamond Reward Points, however they are only used to determine what level of our Diamond Rewards program you are in. You cannot redeem your Diamond Level Credits.
Moving Between Levels
Your Diamond Level Credits balance will determine which level you are in. Once you have earned enough Diamond Level Credits you will automatically be moved into the next level. On the 1st day of every month, Diamond Level Credits that are more than six months old will be purged and your level will be automatically updated.
